2008 Team Policies

2008 Race Reimbursement Policy

All members of Red Rock Racing, with the exception of Pro/Elite riders, will receive up to $30 in reimbursement per race. You must fulfill the requirements of membership to receive reimbursement, including commitment to five local and/or regional events either as a racer or a volunteer. You must have joined or renewed your membership by December 1, 2008 to be eligible for reimbursements.

You must start and finish the race. If you have special circumstances as to why you didn't finish, please explain them in full when you make your request.

We will reimburse you for up to the total cost of the entry fee only (not including late or registration fees). Therefore if you do a 3-day stage race you may request up to $90 in payback depending on the price of the entry fee. On the other hand, if you do a $220 enduro mountain bike race, you may only ask for $30 in reimbursement.

You must have been racing in your current team uniform for the entire event, so if you do 24 hour races or stage races, make sure you buy enough clothing at the beginning of the season.

We do not reimburse for multi-sport events that include cycling; it must be a dedicated cycling event.

You must be scored in a category according to your level, gender, and/or age, so we do not reimburse for charity or fun events.

If you qualify for race reimbursements you must submit your request within 30 days of the event. If you do not submit your request within 30 days you will forfeit your reimbursement. The event information along with your result must be submitted via e-mail to Chris Bosselmann at chris@redrockracing.org. You will pick up your reimbursement check(s) at Cosmic Cycles.
